My stay at Fujiiso was absolutely incredible. The facilities were immaculate, the service was impeccable, and the traditional Kaisei meals were outstanding. The onsen area was also well-maintained. The serene location and breathtaking views added to the overall experience. Despite a few minor language barriers and a limited wine list, the staff did their best to accommodate our needs. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

We had a terrible experience during Easter weekend as the hotel failed to provide any Easter activities or decorations. It was a big disappointment for us and felt like they didn't pay attention to the needs of their guests during this holiday.

Exceptional experience at an affordable price, delicious food in a private room, clean and spacious room with a great view, and lovely and often empty hot spring. Best stay ever, with an incomparable quality comparable to top range hotels.
Location is a bit far from the city center, might require a car. the separation of onsen by gender prevents couples from enjoying the experience together.
